Prices and VAT

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT (10% for books and 20% for other products). The prices include all other price components, such as discounts. Possible discounts and promotions are already taken into account in the shopping cart.

shipping costs

We deliver free of charge in Austria and Germany for orders over 50 euros - for orders under this amount the shipping costs are a flat rate of 5 euros. For other countries please send a request using the contact form .

Shipping and delivery times

Within the EU, you will usually receive your delivery within 4 to 6 working days - here we are also dependent on the logistics or parcel service provider. Ideally, we send the goods with the Austrian Post, but we reserve the right to use other logistics or parcel service providers if necessary.
